PupLevel provides canine wellness advisory services, including behavioral assessments, health guidance, training recommendations, and specialist referrals. Our services are advisory in nature and are not a substitute for professional veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Not Veterinary Services

Jessica Koenig is not a licensed veterinarian, veterinary behaviorist, or certified dog trainer. PupLevel does not provide veterinary medical advice or diagnose medical conditions. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your dog's health.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable except as described in our satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your consultation, contact us within 48 hours for a follow-up session at no charge or a full refund.

Specialist Referrals

When we refer you to third-party specialists, we do so based on our experience and professional network. We do not guarantee the outcomes of any services provided by referred specialists. Each specialist operates independently and is responsible for their own services.

Limitation of Liability

PupLevel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided during consultations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
